Overview:
Biodiversity might seem like a topic for ecologists, not for entrepreneurs. Until water quality deteriorates, soil quality declines, or raw materials become scarcer. Then you notice it immediately in your business operations: higher costs, supply problems, or processes grinding to a halt. Biodiversity therefore impacts your organization as well. And that calls for tough choices. In this peer-learning program, you will work together with other companies on a biodiversity strategy that suits your organization.

Peer learning in brief
- Peer-learning setup for mutual knowledge exchange with 20 companies and knowledge partners;
- Interim online Q&A sessions with the knowledge partners for individual questions;
- Getting started with your own cases;
- Develop a biodiversity strategy in line with the internationally recognized Business for Nature method;
- Double materiality analysis and nature-positive strategy as the final product.
At the end of the peer-learning program:
- Do you understand how biodiversity loss affects your business model;
- Have you mapped the biodiversity impact and dependencies for your business practice and value chain;
- Do you know what business opportunities biodiversity restoration offers;
- Can you proceed with drafting and implementing a biodiversity strategy;
- Do you know how to align your reporting with frameworks such as TNFD, SBTN, and the CSRD, so that your approach becomes clearer and more credible (which in turn makes you more attractive to investors and banks)?
