Natura &Co LatAm (Natura) submitted its Biodiversity Policy, its Annual Report, its Sustainability Compendium and its Integral Impact Report to the It’s Now for Nature campaign and met all the review criteria to be part into the campaign.

  • Natura has SMART targets for addressing climate change, protecting the Amazon, biodiversity, its people, Human Rights, packaging and circularity and regeneration with each their own deadlines.
  • An example of target for packaging Circularity: by 2030, Natura commits to having 100% reusable, recyclable or compostable packaging material. Their progress for 2023 shows that they have reached 86.2% of this target.

  • Natura’s nature targets are included in their Commitment to Life, which is the responsibility of the Sustainability Committee.
  • The Sustainability Committee reports to the Board of Directors and holds quarterly meetings and the members of the sustainability committee are also members of the board of directors.
  • Managing the Biodiversity Policy is the responsibility of the Sustainability area. The Sustainability Governance Committee for Latin America oversees strategic direction in this area, as well as tracking results to ensure its application in all pertinent business processes.
